30-Day Return Window

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your shipment, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or review of your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

• Unused, unaltered, and in the exact condition you received them.
• In their original industrial packaging.
• Accompanied by the original invoice or official proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including custom-engineered components built to unique customer blueprints, customized production runs, and promotional sale items.

Refunds & Process

Once your return is received and undergoes QA inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
